Luxury Lakefront Villa with Private Pool

**PLEASE NOTE – The pool does not have a pool heater. Pool temperature is based on weather conditions and cannot be adjusted. 1. NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE - Loud music, noise, and parties are not permitted. Occasional events must be approved in advance and are subject to a higher rate than standard overnight stays. 2. GUEST & VISITOR POLICY - All additional guests or visitors must be approved by the host. Extra guest fees apply. Exterior cameras are used to ensure the registered guest count is accurate. 3. NO SMOKING - Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $500 fine will be charged for any violations. 4. PETS - A pet cleaning fee of $30 per pet, per night applies. All pets must be disclosed and approved by the host prior to booking. 5. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT - A fee of $30 per hour based on availability. 6. FURNITURE - Do not move furniture. If it is moved for any reason, please return it to its original location before checkout. 7. CLEANING - The standard cleaning fee covers typical use. If the home is left excessively dirty or damaged, an additional deep cleaning fee of $300 will be charged. PLEASE NOTE: Do not flush wipes or any non-toilet paper items down the toilet. This can cause serious plumbing issues. 8. UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES - Throwing an illegal or unapproved party will result in a $1,000 fine. 9. NEIGHBORHOOD COURTESY - Please respect our neighbors. No loud music or conversations outdoors after 9:30 PM. If complaints are received or a party is discovered, police and security will be contacted and guests will be required to vacate the property immediately. 10. TRASH & RECYCLING- Trash pickup is every THURSDAY morning. If you’re staying on WEDNESDAY night, we kindly ask that you place the trash bins by the curb. Thank you for helping us keep the home clean!
