1. NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE - Loud music, noise, and parties are not permitted. Occasional events must be approved in advance and are subject to a higher rate than standard overnight stays.
2. GUEST & VISITOR POLICY - All additional guests or visitors must be approved by the host. Extra guest fees apply. Exterior cameras are used to ensure the registered guest count is accurate.
3. NO SMOKING - Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $500 fine will be charged for any violations.
4. PETS - A pet cleaning fee of $30 per pet, per night applies. All pets must be disclosed and approved by the host prior to booking.
5. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT - A fee of $30 per hour based on availability.
6. FURNITURE - Do not move furniture. If it is moved for any reason, please return it to its original location before checkout.
7. CLEANING - The standard cleaning fee covers typical use. If the home is left excessively dirty or damaged, an additional deep cleaning fee of $300 will be charged. PLEASE NOTE: Do not flush wipes or any non-toilet paper items down the toilet. This can cause serious plumbing issues.
8. UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES - Throwing an illegal or unapproved party will result in a $1,000 fine.
9. NEIGHBORHOOD COURTESY - Please respect our neighbors. No loud music or conversations outdoors after 9:30 PM. If complaints are received or a party is discovered, police and security will be contacted and guests will be required to vacate the property immediately.
10. POOL - During cool season (if pool heat is purchased $30/day) the heater is preset so this may not be adjusted. Contact your host for temperature adjustments.
